I told the manager that I like banana-like drinks and he recommended this one. Other liquor stores say it's "light" and "dry", but the other characteristics are too strong, so I drank it carefully and finally understood that it was so. Maybe because it was after Shinomine's super dry... The initial aroma is semedyne or banana. From the first sip, the impression is youthful, fresh and dense, without betraying any of the words of unfiltered raw sake. The aftertaste is surprisingly smooth and clean, but the lingering aftertaste is a bit long. You can drink it with something sweet or take a few sips before you finally realize that it is actually dry. The aroma and taste of this sake are both rich, juicy and fresh. If you only take a sip, some people will mistake it for sweet. After the second day, it calms down a bit, so you can drink it endlessly without getting tired of drinking. The fact that you can enjoy a variety of flavors is what makes Wakakoma so delicious♪

Mr. Kikki. The one you drank was from Miyamanishiki, right! I'll try to buy it if I get a chance! The back label of Wakakoma shows the direction of the flavor, so it is easy to find the flavor you are interested in.
