I bought it at a local shopping center for my evening drink when I stayed at Yamanaka Onsen in Kaga. It was less acidic and milder than the Junmai-shu we drank earlier. All five members of my family who shared it with me said that this daiginjo tasted better. We all prefer sweet sake, so in a way it makes sense.
