Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture. According to Mr. Fujioka, it is a "cool and beautiful Senbon-Nishiki," a rice that has a beautiful flavor even when it is well watered and melted, and has a different quality from Omachi. It has a green and refreshing aroma like muscat, silky gasiness, moderate sweetness and minerality. The bitterness in the latter half of the bottle brings the flavor to a close.
