This is my theory.
It didn't snow today as predicted, but it became cold for the first time in a long time.
BLACK Phoenix is the ginjo aroma.
You can clearly see it gradually opening up as it comes into contact with the air.
Lately I've been having lemon sours and shochu with hot water due to global warming, but sake is still good.
