This is a ginjo rich mellow sake made from highly polished rice, carefully and painstakingly brewed at low temperature fermentation using a heart beat only during the freezing cold of the "Daichan" season, which is the best time for making ginjo sake.
It has a mellow, full-bodied aroma and flavor that can only be found in ginjo-shu.
Serve chilled or on the rocks.
