Limited edition sake for a sake brewery concert.
Only one bottle was left at the brewery.
The aroma is slightly pineapple-like. The first sip has a sour taste and a moderate sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing, making it a "drinkable" type of sake.
The acidity disappears with each sip, and the umami and sweetness come to the fore, making it an interesting sake that cannot be understood with just one sip.
