It claims to be very "dry", and it is indeed dry, but from the viewpoint of the world's "dry", it is not so "dry". ...... Well, there is a difference between "hot" and "dry", isn't there?
It was an easy-drinking sake with a soft and gentle acidity (I am not sure if it was derived from acidifiers or not), and a sweetness (possibly derived from sugar) and thinness that appeared at the edges.
This is the 561st one-cup, one-pack festival bottle.
