Prepared for my father-in-law, who only accepts dry sake.
It was so well received that we opened it together right away.
I usually prefer the fruity type, but I really felt the goodness of the light, dry sake.
It goes well with fish dishes!
We prepared sushi, sea bream sashimi, and fried eye light and I think they were pleased.
