Mimurosugi純米吟醸 山田錦
まつちよ
The third drink at Japanese dining Taku was Mimuro Sugi's Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki🍶.
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
On the palate, it is a little sweeter than Dio Abita, but not too sweet, juicy and with a good umami flavor.
It was also delicious 🍶.
The third picture is the Chukondo Hall of Kofukuji Temple.
