O-TYPE Zero Ray
Delicious acidity. And gasiness, fruity. The mouthfeel is medium to slightly thick and a little peculiar. It is not the type of watery sake that goes down smoothly, but the type that you want to savor slowly. It is not a sake, but some other kind of delicious drink. It is a stable Shin Takatsukiyo that even gives you the feeling that it is not a sake, but some other delicious drink.
This sake had also been sitting in the refrigerator for a year, and the new year's sales started with the A-TYPE, so I prepared two 4-Gou bottles, made some free space, and opened a bottle. The label says "Do not overturn", but it had been in the vegetable room for a year. It was fine.
Without a sake cellar, it's not easy to open a bottle of raw sake, but I finished sharing it easily, so I may do it again. My wife will be angry at me, though, saying the fridge is too small. I'll do my best to reduce it.
