From the first sip, a unique taste and aroma. You can feel a spicy and smoky taste in the back, as if smoked with wood. Dewa Sanzan has a refreshing sweetness and acidity, and finishes with a dry feeling of sharpness. This is a unique sake. The label on the back says, "The flavor and harmony will become more harmonious with time," so I expect the flavor to change as it sits for a few days.
