A rare business trip to Ibaraki and a stay in Mito.
A friend of mine introduced us to a local izakaya (Japanese-style bar), where we enjoyed some local sake.
The yeast is from Tokyo University of Agriculture and is very fruity and tasty like a flower yeast 😋.
The top note is 🍎 like, light and simple taste for a summer sake, but it has a little sweetness and goes down easy!
