🌕Marutobi Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo Bessatsu 🌕
🌾Makuda" developed by Akita Prefecture
My first Maruhi✨!
I've had Tobiraizumi at the store before, but this is my first Maruhi.
I've been curious about it because of all the comments about how unique it is!
Refreshing, restrained ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet and the nose is fragrant.
Clear and very fine acidity✨.
Thick taste in the latter half
While the sweetness
The bitterness in the aftertaste is much longer
The finish is dry and full.
(Is this the characteristic of Yamahai?)
Maruhi seems to have sweet and sour type too but
This one was different in a good way😊.
I'd love to try some of the other Maruhi as I've heard the acidity is a big part of it! 🕊💕
