Wakamusume月草 特別純米 生酒

Today is Wakamusume.
It is called Tsukigusa, special junmai, nama-zake.
My favorite Hachitan-Nishiki.
Polishing ratio is 60%.
Sake from this September. It was served in less than half of a bottle, so it may have been losing some of its freshness.
It's sweet and delicious, but I didn't get the banana feeling that it claims to have.
