Junmai Ginjo sake made with wine yeast.
It is a sweet sake made with Bizen Omachi from Okayama!
It tastes like a white wine with a sour taste.
The label also looks like wine, so I recommend this as a first step for those who are not comfortable with sake!
I enjoyed it with a doughnut 😊.
