Supple, watery and light to the touch on the tongue. It's like being wrapped round by the flavor of the rice. Like a soap bubble that disappears leaving a nice bitter taste of rice.
The rich sweetness that reminds me of peaches or La France is amplified when the tailings are involved. They should put a peach on the label and start selling it! I thought it would be a good idea to sell it with a peach label, but there already is such a sake!
The further you drink, the more pleasant sourness comes into play!
