The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (4)
Dewazakura's booth.
Iji-san wanted to drink Sakurabana Ginjo-shu for his study, so we went to the Dewazakura booth.
He seemed disappointed that we did not bring it this time.
◉Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo 48 Yuki Megami
It has a nice aroma and a supple, clear flavor, but in my opinion, it has a bit of an aged depth to it.
Slightly sparkling Ginjo-nigori Nipporoku Nama-shu
I think it is made from Dewa Sanzu. The taste is dry and refreshing, with a strong orikarami flavor.
La France
A liqueur. The taste is very rich, just like La France itself. I told him that it was hard for me to finish it by myself, and he recommended that I try it with carbonated water or over ice cream.
◉Dodadadazu
Dodadazu is a liqueur, limited edition and most popular until October. An orchestra of various fruits: La France, apples, cherries, grapes, and peaches. The fruitiness is amazing.
The name is a play on the Osaka dialect, "Donnai Yanen".
As one would expect from Yamagata, a country known for its fruit. The fruit liqueur is also delicious.
