2021BY Sake brewed with a fresh yeast and brewer's yeast. Taste at room temperature.
Rich aroma of rice. The soft sweetness, umami, and acidity rush over the palate, giving it a taste full of sake-like characteristics. The aftertaste does not linger much, so you will never get tired of drinking it. This is my favorite type of taste.
