Sake I've been saving for today.
I usually finish work around 9:00, but today was sake day, so I left early!
I love the gassy, shiny texture of the sake!
It is highly polished rice among the Kaze no Mori sake, and the sweetness and bitterness are well balanced, making the cup go down a storm.

I made it in time for the ministry!
