府中誉渡船 テノワール 大田ノ谷
祝常陸杜氏
Thank you for having us! Thank you for the "Watanobune Tenoir Ota-no-Tani."
A month ago, we purchased a bottle of this year's limited edition offering from Fuchu Homare Sake Brewery, which enjoys the subsoil water of the Mt. Tsukuba system, for the past four years, and we had it today. Incidentally, Ota-no-Tani is the name of a place where Watabune, a rice suitable for sake brewing and a parent variety of Yamada-Nishiki, grows at the foot of Mt.
The aroma is soft and melon-like.
The taste is full and elegant, yet clean and clear. The balance of moderate acidity and bitterness is exquisite, and this year's bottle was also one of the most flavorful.
