It's been a long time since I've been to Eiko-Fuji🗻.
Thanks to the fact that the liquor store I often go to has started carrying it, I don't have to go far to buy it.
I had no choice but to buy a bottle of Eiko-Fuji's Orikara...
Fruity sweetness followed by sourness, a bit of bitterness, and a fizzy feeling. I have recently become addicted to pairing Camembert with sake, and it goes very well with it.
It also goes well with stir-fried greens made with daikon radish leaves from the garden.
