Hanaabi純米大吟醸 無濾過生原酒 八反錦
Savanna
It's been a while since I had a drink outside with friends.
When we were young, we never imagined that we would be drinking sake at a soba noodle restaurant.
It is a hana-yosu.
It was hidden in the back of the cellar, but my eyes cannot be fooled.
I no longer know what the label says.
The top aroma is pineapple...pear...anyway, it is a dark fruity aroma.
The taste is sweet and bitter, with a great drinking experience, and it is a beautiful sake that goes down smoothly.
As expected of a rare sake, this is everyone's favorite.
It went well with tempura.
I want to drink it again.
