I know we switched the order of posts, but the second bottle of the May hanpukai is a special junmai sake from Daikoku Masamune ‼️.
This sake has a classic flavor with a crisp mouthfeel and a smooth finish.
The aftertaste is not so lingering...so it doesn't kill the taste of the meal 😋.
It goes well with dashi (Japanese soup stock) dishes and thin slices of white meat 🤗.
This is what Nada sake is all about 😊.
I learned about this brewery through the hanpukai and it's already my favorite brewery 😁.
