We ordered this sake at a restaurant we patronize because of the label.
The owner and other regulars told me about the sake and the brewery.
A bottle of sake that gets the conversation going...that's the best part of drinking outside 😊.
I thought it would be sweet because of the gentle sourness in the mouth, but it was surprisingly dry. I thought it would be sweet, but it was dry. As the name suggests, it was a crisp, fluffy, soft-tasting sake.
