The aroma is subdued and the taste is a bit lighter than the other large cups I've had.
The aftertaste is almost bitter, with a simple hint of rice-like sweetness.
It is 90% polished rice, but there is a nice complexity to the so-called miscellaneous flavors.
Alcohol 15%.
