Special Junmai made from special grade rice from Akaban Omachi
The aroma is rather mild, but very fruity and clean with a green melon-like ginjo aroma.
The taste is also very fruity with a full-bodied sweet flavor, but it is not the boldness that is typical of Omachi sake, but rather a very delicate and soft flavor.
There is not much acidity or alcohol, but it is clear and refreshing, and the aftertaste is like drinking water, in a good sense.
Very easy to drink and delicious!
Although it is only Tokujun, the quality is usually on the level of Daiginjo.
It is a good sake that clearly shows Isobojiman's careful craftsmanship and high technology.
