At a corner shop, I purchased this sake called Hyakumoku, which had quite a presence among a number of sakes.
This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Yoshikawa.
It is very good!
The color is a little yellowish.
When you drink it, you can taste the umami in the refreshing taste!
