It is no exaggeration to say that it was the sweetest sake I have ever had. I was so impressed with the sake that I asked the owner to warm it up to lukewarm. The owner told us that lukewarm heating was the best way to enjoy the sake, and that if it was too hot, the sweetness would take over and it wouldn't be good. I agreed with him.
