The color is clear and the aroma is subdued. It is gassy and has a strong acidity that makes it refreshing ✨.
It's a raw version of the sake we had the other day, with a similar color on the label but wiry 🚲.
The liquid is thick and sweet when poured, but as you drink it, you get a strong alcohol taste through the nose 💨 but I don't think it's spicy 🍶.
