I bought it at 7-Eleven.
The appearance is a transparent, pale crystal yellow. I don't think it's an aged sake because it's sold in convenience stores, so I was surprised at the color.
The aroma is gorgeous and full, with a slightly weak hint of ethyl caproate, such as yellow apple and pear, as well as acacia and selfeuille. There are also sweet aromas of acacia and selfeuille, as well as elegant rice-like aromas of jasmine flour and white egg dumplings. There are also notes of caramel, honey and a faint hint of soy sauce.
The attack is rather strong and round with a sweetness to it. The acidity is gentle and round and has a bitterness that gives a full-bodied impression.
The overall impression of this sake is mellow, and the color of the sake gives a sense of maturity.
The aftertaste is a little short.
