This is very delicious.
When I first experienced nigori, I was impressed by the fact that such a sake existed, then I became a believer in strong carbonation, and then I started to make my own arrangements such as heating sake and aging sake.
The perfect amount of carbonation that does not interfere with the flavor and the moderate bitterness in the latter half of the bottle are wonderful. The balance of soft sweetness, bitterness and carbonation is superb. The freshness of the bottle may be a good thing, as it was drunk within 4-5 days of bottling.
