It's been a while since I've had an Ecru 🎉.
There is almost no standing aroma, and when you take a sip, it has a slightly soft woody aroma, acidity reminiscent of grefr, and a slight bitterness. The sweetness is gradually added and the taste is complex and delicious 😆 The alcohol content is lowered to 13 degrees before you know it, but it's not thin and has a strong flavor because it's a raw sake! It's so good, I can't stop drinking more 😋.
