I like the fruity taste of Kudoki-ue, so I bought this in a bottle of Dewa Sanzu. I was also attracted by the 33 polished sake. While I still have a lot of sake at home, I was afraid that it would be sold out, so I made a reservation and bought it in a hurry. I let it sit in the fridge for a while, but opened it today.
As expected, it is fruity and sweet. It is a draft sake, but it does not have a fizzy feeling. It clung to the palate so thickly that it was a shame to swallow it. This is delicious - it was the right decision to buy a bottle!
Tomorrow is the new year, and I would like to drink in moderation so I don't have to wake up too much, but I'm not sure if I can do it.
My sake map is all Fukushima and Yamagata. And Yamagata's Dewa Sanzu, which is a remarkable sake rice!
