Kisui is a sake said to be "the kind of sake that God would drink," made with spring water from a stratum 150 million years old (Jurassic Period) and Higashidori-mura brand rice called "Koma-no-Mai. Sekinoi's sake is mostly masculine, but this one was fruity and easy to drink.
