A strong rice flavor on the palate.
The dryness appears immediately and the taste is very crisp and refreshing.
The aftertaste is short and slightly tingling.
It is certainly dry, but not so much that you would consider it super dry.
When served with chicken skin and wasabi, it is difficult to feel the umami of the sake itself, but it refreshes the palate and is easy to serve with chicken skin.
