This is the first time I've had pink liquor.
It was fermented well and took a long time to open.
The alcohol content was also 12 degrees, and I drank it with ease.
Even though it is sake, it doesn't go well with soy sauce or miso, but I was surprised that it went perfectly with tomatoes.
I substituted olive oil and salt for the soy sauce, and it went together, and wow!
