I found this sake next to the Buddhist altar at my parents' house ‼️ My parents didn't want it so I took it 😆. Kato, ? Is it at Kinkame's place ⁉️ I thought so, but Kinkame is on Sado Island, right? This is Kato Sake Brewery in Joetsu City, so there are Kato Sake Breweries in Sado and Joetsu in Niigata 🤣. But the label is nice, no special brand name, Dai-Ginzou brewery: ‼️ It's full of Chinese spirit: 🧔‍♂️ I brought it as is for now, so I'll take it at room temperature... Well, it's kind of blurry 🤣. It has a bit of sourness, so maybe it should be heated? Hot sake Almost no aroma, but maybe a faint aroma of cooked glutinous rice? The sweetness is very elegant 😋 It has a wasanbon type sweetness, then rice flavor and a light sourness that you might find in pickles, then a sharpness with spiciness that finishes cleanly and crisply 😆. It's so good when heated up. ❤️ I brought some rice sushi from my parents' house and paired it with some nanban and it went great with the sake 🍶. I checked on the internet and found it sells for a little over 2,000 yen a bottle, so the cost is crazy good 🤣.
