Purchased at Yamamasu Sake Shop in Arakawa Ward
It has a ginjo-like aroma, but the taste of rice expands while the mouthfeel is crisp, and the mellowness of hiyaoroshi comes through just right.
It is more suitable to be served with grilled or simmered dishes than with refreshing snacks.
I bought it in the fall, but it was a good bottle to end the year 2024.
