It was talked about as peculiar, so I tried it.
It is bitter and sour on the palate, but it is gutsy rice and aromatic.
It tastes like mushrooms.
It has various tastes that I am not used to.
After three sips, the thick flavor of rice becomes more noticeable, and that rice flavor is delicious.
It reminds me of a non-sweet amazake or doburoku from my grandpa's house, and if you like it, you will be fine.
As you continue drinking, the acidity and bitterness become moderately tight.
