Kinryo瀬戸内オリーブ純米吟醸

This is probably the first sake from Kagawa Prefecture that I have had. The bottle was opened with curiosity to see what kind of flavor it would have, as it was brewed with olive yeast.
The initial aroma reminded me of yogurt or lactic acid beverages, with a sense of fermentation, a little green apple, muscat-like aroma, and a little grain aroma. I couldn't really taste the olive 🫒 flavor... 😅The taste was very sour and a little sweet, overall spicy and light on the palate, refreshing in the hot summer. Thanks for the treat!
