This one, made with wine yeast, is different from the conventional Hououmida, but it is still Hououmida. The refreshing acidity of the rice and fruity sweetness flow with a light touch.
On the first day, I was lured by the name "WINE CELL" and tried to match it with a full-fledged oven dish, but it was a mismatch😅 It goes well with creative cuisine that blends Japanese and Western flavors. It also has a great flavor when you take it out of the fridge and adjust the temperature.
