The mouthfeel is fruity with a smooth acidity. Then the umami comes in slowly. The acidity is gorgeous and the umami is firm. The acidity and the fragrance that is part of the acidity fill the mouth with a full-bodied aroma.
The umami is firm, but the aftertaste is clean and beautiful. However, it has a clear alcoholic taste, so it is not recommended for those who are not accustomed to drinking it.
