Hana-kun after the cherry blossom season is over 🌸 I have to drink soon! That's why I came up to the board.
Sweetness, gasiness, low alcohol. It has all the conditions for drinkability. If it had a little more acidity, it would be an even better sake 😆 but it still ran out in no time.
This is a regular springtime sake. I drink this every year and it is still delicious😍.
The photo is of a completely unrelated jiro-style dish I had for lunch. It's been a long time since I've had it, but it's also really good. ‼️ God, please forgive me at least for GW 🙏 By the way, I'm on a diet 🤣.
