My first Nanamizu. My favorite liquor store started carrying it, so I bought some for the weekend 🍶.
It has a gorgeous, sweet aroma like white grapes and tastes sweet and soft. 16 degrees Celsius, but I didn't find the alcohol taste strong.
The umami is moderate, not too strong and easy to drink, probably due to the fact that it is made from gohyakumangoku.
I felt that this delicious and easy to drink sake with this specs is a proof of its popularity. ☺️ I will buy another brand soon ✨
