マルRyoseki Shuzo is one of our favorite breweries.
The last Suitama was Yamadanishiki, freshly stored, but this time it is made from Akita rice, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
It has a mellow sweetness that is typical of Ryoseki.
It's not too strong, so you can't stop drinking it 😅.
I went back to my notes of the last Suitama,
It's almost the same this time.
Almost Hanayuup 🤣.
It was delicious.
