This is a peach colored nigori that I was able to buy this year. It is a beautiful pink color when the oli is mixed well.
The aroma is not that great, but the taste is light and the acidity is strawberry-like. It has a light taste and a sourness that gives it a strawberry-like flavor. The alcohol content is 10 degrees, so it's easy to drink!
This is actually my first sake this year. I want to try a variety of sake this year, especially local brands!
