Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 357 Kaze no Mori WEEKS 2024
I've been drinking Kaze no Mori a lot lately.
Purchased at "Kaze no Mori WEEKS 2024" held at Daimaru Shinsaibashi and Shinsaibashi Parco.
The 35% polished Yamada-Nishiki is extravagant.
I will drink it cold.
When the bottle was opened, there was a small gas sound.
When poured into a glass, a few bubbles rise from the bottom.
The top aroma is mild and pear-like.
The color is clear and colorless.
The mouthfeel is slightly gaseous and mineral.
The taste is quite clear, thanks to the high rice polishing, with fresh pear and muscat-like fruit, sweetness, acidity, and a slight bitterness mixed in.
There is a slight lactic acidity taste in the back, yet it is dry.
It was something that made me want to say, "You're good! I wanted to say 😁.
