High grade version of Kamikawa Taisetsu sent from Sapporo❗
I saved it for New Year's 🎵.
It is a highly finished sake with a fruity, slightly sweet and acidic taste, but also a full-bodied umami.
It was just as I expected.
I will drink it with care... ☺️
