The aroma is rice-like in nature.
Slightly bitter. Difficult to drink.
It's an active mugwort, so it's a bit crisp.
Bitterness comes in and sweet and sour taste comes in between.
The back end is dry.
Softening with food to get rid of the habit.
My wife says she's not good at it.
I don't think I'll have a repeat.
The brewery is less than a 15 minute drive from my parents' house.
It's one of the breweries we want to support.
