Too hot. I managed today without collapsing, though.
I went to a liquor store I hadn't been to in a while. I went to buy some food wine, but my eyes met this classical bottle that I was a little curious about, so I took it home.
There is almost no aroma. The dry, crisp mouthfeel, which is typical of hi-ire sake, was followed by the pleasant appearance of acidity, umami, astringent bitterness, and a feeling of alcohol in the nose. and you will want to close your eyes and drink another glass.
The oil is drained away without clinging to the palate, so it does not interfere with the meal.
It's also good to feel the flavor spreading as you roll it around in your mouth: ❤️
This kind of thing is also good👍
On the second day, the umami has increased and the corners have been removed from the overall taste, making it a dry and delicious sake 😊Gyoza and delicious ❗️
I've been drinking it over the next few days and it just keeps getting better and better, goes great with food. This is awesome ‼️
